Why AIDeliveryOS was built
After working across SEO, product, growth, and technology for more than 25 years, Richard Naimy saw the same pattern repeat: teams that moved fast with AI tools still shipped slowly because the context their tools needed was never properly defined.
The problem was not the code. It was the clarity before the code. Goals were vague. Requirements were assumed. Architecture decisions were deferred. When AI tools filled those gaps with guesses, the result was rework.
AIDeliveryOS is the framework Richard built to fix that. It is not a tool or a platform. It is a structured methodology for creating the context AI needs before development begins. The framework is centered on the Project Context Package.
The framework is open source, methodology-first, and designed to work with any AI coding environment: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Windsurf.
